JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or GED
Software proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating precision 2D architectural drafts and layouts
Blueprint reading: Strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings
Email and documentation:
Manage professional email correspondence with architects, general contractors and masons to facilitate the approval process.
Prepare PDF drawing sets for review and track revisions through multiple phases.
Client consultation:
