Colorado Residence

Constructed with Silverdale Limestone

“The owners wanted a limestone with a slightly darker color,” according to Bybee Stone Estimator Jeff Chitwood. “Silverdale is a density II stone that works similar to Indiana limestone. Although it’s always a challenge working with new materials, the project went well.”

“It says a lot about the quality and reputation of Bybee Stone Company,” Jeff Leisz, Bybee’s Mill Superintendent, added, “when projects specify stone from other regions and then come to us for fabrication. The flexibility of our equipment and the experience of our employees allow us to process many different types of natural stone, including Silverdale limestone, which is quarried in Kansas.”
